JMB Creations is about celebrating the beauty of the natural world, in all its variety and splendor, through the medium of jewelry.  There is a weight and presence which can be felt when wearing natural stone jewelry that is both grounding and comforting, a remider of our connection to the world around us.

 

We work from a very planet-conscoius model, recycling and conserving resources in both our business and our personal lives.

 

Jeanne Bautista is the owner and artist behind JMB Creations.  She has had a life-long passion for natural stones, as well as joy in working with her hands to create pieces of art.  She has come a long way from her childhood days of filling her pockets with stones from Lake Erie's shoreline, and driving her family crazy with her rock tumbler. 

 

Though she has degrees in Archaeology and Theology, Jeanne is currently putting her time and energy into her jewelry business and raising her family. 

 

Jeanne, her husband and two daughters live in Pottstown, PA, though they are in the process of relocating to Colorado.

JMB Creations has been a licensed business since April of 2007, though Jeanne has been making and selling jewelry since 2003. Jeanne has taken classes in wire weaving, wire wrapping, and freeform designs, from such renowned artists as Noel Yovovich and Dale "Cougar" Armstrong, and is receiving an ongoing education in natural stone identification and about the process of working with stone from Jerry Stinnett, of S&S Lapidary.
